We just want to analyse the reasons for some of the classic NT movies as to why they could not make a mark of 100days within our thread. thats all. which one is sandal and which one is mud is not our problem. In my opinion, one who rises up to the occasion to retaliate false propaganda against NT will be a sandal and the silent spectator not to object will be a mud. we all do the service of propagating the name and fame of NT. Every one accepts that NT is the Greatest Actor, but they are PURPOSELY spreading a false propoganda that, NT did not achieved in Box-Office.

NT"S PERFORMANCE CANNOT BE HIDE BY ANYONE, BUT HIS BOX-OFFICE SUCCESS CAN BE HIDE BY THEM BY THIS KIND OF FALSE NEWS SPREADING, AND "THEY" ACHIEVED IN IT FOR LONG TIME AGO TILL NOW.

So it is our duty to prove NT's Box-Office also and we are proving with solid evidences. (not 'verum kaiyaal muzham poduvadhu').

Dear Adiram. I am in line with you. We know that we have a very sound and authentic data base on NTs achievements and box office records and we never try to exaggerate. A completely updated version of NTs film runs and box office collections, if I remember correct, were provided by Pammalar sir, Prabhuram sir and other eminent NT hubbers when I entered NT thread. Now I am unable to locate it correctly. As you feel, we now need Pammalar and Prabhuram and the likes. Pammalar and Prabhuram sirs. Kindly make a come back.

புளுகு மூட்டயிலிரிந்து அவிழ்த்துவிடப்பட்ட ஒரு ஓலக்குரல்

அவர்கள் பாஷையில் தூசு தட்டி நவீனபடுதி வெளியிட்டு மாபெரும் இமாலய வெற்றி பெற்ற கர்ணன் காவியம். முதல் வெளியீட்டில் 12 திரை அரங்கில்தான் 50 நாள் ஓடியதாம். மற்றும் சாந்தி, மதுரை தங்கம் மட்டும் 100 நாள் ஓடியதாம். எப்படி இருக்கிறது ஒலகுரலில் ஊளையிட்ட கப்சா செய்தி ?

இவர்களுக்கு பத்திரிகை விற்பனை மிக அதிக விளம்பரமே நம் நடிகர் திலகத்தை வசைபாடுவதால் தான் .

இந்த திரியை படிக்கும் பொதுமக்கள் அறிவது !

கர்ணன் காவியம் (14-1-64)முதல் வெளியீட்டில் 21 திரை அரங்கில் 79 நாட்களை கடந்தபோது ஏற்கனவே AVM மெய்யப்பன் அவர்கள் செய்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் அடிப்படையில் நடிகர் திலகம் நடிப்பில் பீம்சிங் இயக்கத்தில் (3-04-64) மற்றும் ஒரு மெகா வெற்றி சித்திரம் பச்சை விளக்கு திரைப்படம் அந்த 21 திரை அரங்கில் 17 திரை அரங்கில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.

மீதம் உள்ளம் 4 திரை அரங்குதான் சாந்தி, பிரபாத், சயானி மற்றும் 2538 இருக்கைகள் கொண்ட மதுரை தங்கம்.

ஆக, கர்ணன் திரைப்படம் 17 திரை அரங்குகளில் more than 11 வாரம் (80 days )
4 திரை அரங்குகளில் முறையே ( 100,100,100,108) நாட்கள் ஓடி மாபெரும் வெற்றிபெற்றது. திரையிட்ட அனைத்து திரை அரங்கிலும் 50 நாட்கள் ஓடியது நமது கர்ணன் மட்டுமே !

ஆனால் இவர்கள் மாயை ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கும் படமோ பெரிய வெள்ளிவிழா ஓடியதை போல மாயபிம்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்கள்.

அந்த திரைப்படமும் நான்கு திரை அரங்கில் ( 100,100,100, 104) நாட்கள் தான் ஓடியுள்ளது. இன்னும் சொல்லப்போனால் COMPARED TO KARNAN, 4 நாட்கள் குறைவாகதான் ஓடியுள்ளது.

ஆனால் எத்துனை திரை அரங்கில் 12 வாரம் ஓடியது என்பதை பார்த்தால் நம்மில் கால் வாசி கூட இல்லை என்பது தான் உண்மை. !

கர்ணன் திரைக்காவியம் ஒரு பைசா நஷ்டம் கூட பந்துலுவுக்கு ஏற்படுத்தாமல் நல்ல முறையில் காப்பாற்றிய செய்தி அப்போதைய நாளிதழலில் கேள்வி பதிலாக வந்துள்ளது. மேலும் கர்ணனின் வெற்றி விழா அனைவராலும் கொண்டாடபட்டதும் நாளிதழில் வந்துள்ளது.

பந்துலுவுக்கு கர்ணன் மூலம் இவர்கள் பொய் உரைப்பதை போல நஷ்டம் வந்திருந்தால், உண்மையாக ஏற்பட்டிருந்தால், நிச்சயமாக விழா நடத்தி இருக்க மாட்டார். !

இதிலிரிந்தே இந்த கனவான் பொய் செய்தி வயிதெரிசலால் வெளியிட்டு உள்ளார் என்பது பொதுமக்களுக்கு விளங்கும் !




இந்த ரிலீஸ் புள்ளி விவரம் நாம் சொன்னால் உடனயே ஒரு நாலு பக்கத்திற்கு மறு வெளியீடு என்று ஒரு மளிகை லிஸ்ட் போடுவார்கள், நாம் மறுவெளியீடு பற்றி துளி கூட அக்கறை காட்டாதவர்கள் என்பதை நன்கு தெரிந்தும் !

அடுத்தது இரண்டு படங்களின் வசூல் :

அதாவது இவர்கள் படம் முதல் சுற்றில் 20 லட்சம் வசூலாம் !
நமது படம் 15 லட்சம் வசூலாம்.

என்னமோ இவர்தான் அந்த பட கம்பனியின் ஆடிடர். இவர்தான் அந்த ப்ராஜெக்ட் Balancesheet தயாரித்தவர் போல !

கர்ணன் தயாரிப்பு செலவு compared with இவர்களுடைய film வசூல். இப்படி ஒரு கேவலமான முட்டாள்தனமான ஒரு ஒப்பீடு..! Is there any Logic in this comparison ?

If this is the case, we can also say, Karnan has collected phenomenal revenue when compared to the Total cost of production of their film.

ஒரு செட்டுக்குள் மட்டுமே படத்தை எடுத்தால் என்ன பெரிய செலவு ஆகிவிடும் ? They don't even understand the way costing is arrived. Had they understood, such lousy comparison would never occur.

அதே சமயத்தில் இந்திய ராணுவம் காலாட்படை, CAVALRY பயன்படுத்தி, குருக்ஷேத்ரம் முதலிய இடங்களில் படபிடிப்பு நடத்தினால் என்ன செலவாகும் ?

இன்னொன்று கர்ணன் மற்றும் பல படங்களில் பந்துலு அடைந்த நஷ்டத்தை their ONE SINGLE MOVIE released in 1965 மீட்டுகொடுத்து பந்துலுவை மீண்டும் கோடீஸ்வரனாக்கியது போல ஒரு புளுகு செய்தி வேறு !!! Come on ! Guys ! Please be wise enough to make decent comparison. Not all the people are fools to accept your PEELA !

யாரிடம் உங்கள் புளுகள் ?

First of all, the 1965 Bandhulu film WAS NEVER DECLARED A BLOCK BUSTER. Its another 100 days movie that ran in 3 or 4 theaters that's all !

அந்த சமயத்தில் வெளிவந்த நடிகர் திலகத்தின் திருவிளையாடல் வசூலில் அப்படி ஒரு வசூல் புரட்சி செய்ததை உலகறியும் !

Let the gentleman learn to publish unbiased statistics first keeping aside his personal like and dislikes !

நம் முதுகை தேவையில்லாமல் சொரிந்துகொண்டிருக்கும் இவர் லட்சணத்தை பாருங்கள் ! இவர்கள் பதிவிட்டிருக்கும் அந்த போஸ்டர் பாருங்கள். அதில் அந்த திரைப்படத்தின் 100 நாட்கள் விளம்பரம் 100வது நாள் என்று இவர்களால் திருத்தப்பட்டு தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணம் ! அதை பதித்து இருப்பார்கள்.




தியேட்டர் பெயர் கூட குறிபிடாமல் பந்துலு அவர்கள் வெளியிட்ட ORIGINAL 100 நாட்கள் உண்மையான விளம்பரம் நாம் அனைவரும் பார்திரிகிறோம். இவ்வளவு ஏன் மதிப்பிற்குரிய மக்கள் திலகம் அவர்களின் நடுநிலையான உண்மையான பக்தர்கள் நிச்சயம் நாம் பார்த்த அதே விளம்பரத்தை பார்த்திருப்பார்கள் !

இப்படி பொய் ஆவணம் பொதுமக்கள் பார்வைக்கு வைக்கும் இந்த கனவான் , நடிகர் திலகம் பற்றி எழுதும் அனைத்து தகவல்களும் இது போல போலியானவையாக தான் எக்காலத்திலும் இருக்கும் என்று இதை படிக்கும் மக்கள் உணரவேண்டும், புரிந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும். !

Comparison of the other movie with Karnan itself is a parody! While Karnan remains an immortal epic time tested and evergreen in the minds of people, the other movie a loose adaptation of Errol Flynn's Captain Blood is an ordinary movie with its concept and contents having become outdated and obsolete! Karnan and VPKB are movies that had brought many laurels to Pandhulu family while the other movie was just a seasonal entertainer that could not stand with time and has succumbed to natural mortality. Everyone now knows that the other movie's fate is just as proved by its disappearance from almost all theatres all over tamilnadu where it got released ( in more theatres than Karnan in a greedy way to 'mint' money but miserably failed to pull crowd to theatres! ). Now it has been destined to make an Artificial Ottam even to cross 2 weeks with regular shows and to somehow manage with a single show upto 50 days only in two theaters! What collection it could have made, compared to the thunderous reception to Karnan in its rerun? Avargal Baashaiyil solvadhendral 'Unmai Unarum Neramidhu'! In their own description the other movie is a 'titanic' that sinks and stinks!!

Pandhulu changed camp for the sheer reason of not announcing his movie as NTs 100th movie. Naturally that situation was properly en-cashed by the rivals. If he has suffered losses immediately after Karnan he should have done that?! Why he again teamed up with NT for Muradan Muthu? And the other movie as tomtommed was not a big hit since it could not surpass Karnan by run or collections even at that time of its maiden release. If it had poured money to Pandhulu it should have been a silver jubilee hit! 'Pulivaal pidiththa' Pandhulu's further sufferings are also known to this world. His laughable adaptation 007Bond flicks as 115 upto MMSPandian!! Pandhulu's reputation has been upheld by NT movies VPKB, Karnan and Kappalottiya thamizhan and not by the other actor's movies. Once again Karnan in its graceful rerun saved Pandhulu's name but the other movie.....sorry....NT avargalai degrade seivadendral varindhu kattikkondu kalaththil irangum nermaiyatra intha paththirikkai yen indha tholviyai padhivu seiyyavillai?

AO DEFINITELY NOT A VERY BIG HIT AT THE TIME OF RELEASE just a 1oodays movie in madras in three theatres only distributed by sri gajalami pictures /owners of prabhath-saraswathi theatres madras. upcourse it was epected somuch like EV PILLAI but not succeeded very well as epected because THIRUVILAIYADAL whicch was not epected to be a big hit turned the tables and went for silver jubliee most successfully, a well known fact known to everyone.
