I do hope that Kochadaiyan flops so that the powers that be realize that a well-made story is more important than technical gimmicks.
I liked Kochadaiyan Story , and KSR's crisp clear screen play, but it is the technical gimmicks I did not like .

Are there any one here who invest in movies to worry about these matters ?
This has been happening in this hub for a decade now!

100 rupee paying customer wants a 50 or 60C film to flop so that he/she gets to watch a better film next time. It's like nobody put in efforts or spent money to make this film.

Very true
We get more info on Box office from the hub than anywhere else.
NI media has officially declared that Kochadaiyaan is one of Rajini's biggest flops:

whenever I think about this kind of press meets in 2 days..
Probably they are in a hurry to announce that their film is hit before anyone tells this is a flop...

So in that logic, every big budget films should be a huge hit regardless of its content. We are also spending our time and money to give them profit, they have their responsibility give us good movies if they want to make money.
