As expected Kaththi songs have been going viral on net and looks like the Selfie Pulla track, sung by Ilayathalapathy Vijay has come out as the unanimous favourite. The song has been topping the iTunes chart with the most number of downloads.The album as a whole is also topping the iTunes India chart.
Also, the new hash tag #KaththiAudioLive, initiated by Eros Now, the audio rights holder of the Anirudh musical, has been trending in India. Fans of actor Vijay and Kaththi have been flooding the social networks with posts with #KaththiAudioLive, showing their immense love for Ilayathalapathy and eagerness to catch the film soon.

It was only two days back Simbu showered praise on Anirudh’s Kaththi album and called it rocking. Now, Dhanush has called the young composer a rockstar and lavished praise on the album. “The rockstar rocking with his music. The album is getting highly favorable reviews across the board. Meanwhile, Eros Now, who owns the audio rights of the film, has devised brilliant strategies to bring fans under one roof with a common downloadable header picture for Twitter, common hashtag for the event (#KaththiAudioLive). Considering this is Eros’s first album in Tamil, their efforts to leverage social media is heartening to see.
