I did not watch the show being discussed here. We are in our son's place. They don't subscribe to Indian channels.

I watched Parasakthi in 1952, the year of release, in a touring talkies (tent theatre) near Nagapattinam. Here is a song from Parasakthi.

It will be nice if all the songs from his first movie are posted here as a mark of respect for the actor.

I watched about 40 minutes of the show. I expected the show to open with a scene from Parasakthi (pagattu kaattiyadhu oru aNil? ) or the song 'dhesam gnaanam kalvi eesan poosaai ellaam'.
I will watch rest later.
