Very good use of the theme to add that flash of lightning to a melody number.
But I feel that the base melody sung by Vishal Dadlani and the theme bit sung by Anirudh brings about a beautiful fushion. Keba Jeremiah's guitar is top class. Infact, Vishal's singing to me is the highlight.
A stylish melody number after ages for Vijay. Hope the visuals do justice to this pick of the album.

Wrap-up for Vijay¡¯s Kaththi
Vijay¡¯s Kaththi is all set to be wrapped in Mumbai by this week probably October 1st. The team recently flew to Mumbai for the song(Selfie Pulla) shoot. We hear that the entire shoot will be wrapped up by wednesday with this song and already the patch-up works are over. Kaththi songs being a super hit is now getting ready to release in big screens. The movie is scheduled for Diwali and already few areas in TN are sold for a fancy price. The post production works are also going on simultaneously and expected to be completed very soon.
Kaththi has Vijay, Samantha, Sathish Kumar, Neil Nitin Mukesh and manay to its cast. The film is directed by A.R.Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions. Anirudh has composed music for this film.
