I use and have been using the same form of transport for the last 4 odd years, auto. The auto driver who hails from a village near Thiruvannamalai,saw the movie two days with his buddies here in Bangalore.
I have never seem him review any other film with such gusto and passion. He was able to identify with the movie and its message completely. He himself has seen two deaths in his village due to debts accumulated over farming loans. He says this movie is much better than Thuppaki due to the content delivered. He goes to the extent of saying the PMOs office should see this movie to understand the plight of farmers.

Loved ‪#‎Kaththi‬. Director A.R Murugadoss has brilliantly packed a strong social message in a commercial entertainer. The dialogues and performance of Actor Vijay was superb in the press meet scene. @anirudhofficial’s score was topnotch. Happy to know that #Kaththi is creating history in BO breaking all records and happy to be part of the team. Rather than BO figures, the success of this movie should be measured in the number of liters of water we save out of respect for farmers.
