Without taking Gopi sides,RettaiThala -ARM-Ajith was almost finalised but no official announcement was made and all of sudden Ajith disassociated from Project...and site says different financial reasons for Film not happening.Again Lyca was brought to bankroll Kaththi owing to the Huge salary of both VJ & ARMurugadoss..

This Gopi thing reaching Ajith's ears on the onset itself ,then Ajith Silently moving out of the project can't be ruled out.? isn't it? Gopi claims it has reached Vijay too..
Having seeing all this,Its almost sure same RettaiThala script ARM did with Vijay changing Title to Kathi..

Retai thala is a different script and don't get confused it with Kaththi! Kaththi is made for Vijay as said by the director himself!
