Lingaa's record-shattering pre-release business

The big buzz in internet circles is about Lingaa's Indian theatrical rights being snapped up by Eros International for a never-heard-before record price for a South Indian film. Lingaa will have a Tamil and Telugu version, and Eros is reported to have snapped up the Indian release rights of all the language versions of Lingaa.

The music of the movie can be expected to release anytime soon and Eros Music would be releasing this A.R.Rahman musical. Meanwhile, the stylish teaser of the movie has zoomed past 3 million views.

Agree with you, this has been the trend these days for any movies, even for the Marana Mokkai movies, such hype create a "High" expectation amongst audience , the results are "often" disappointment !

+1 and this ugly trend of such and such amount of you tube hits, such and such position in twitter trends, so many number of followers, etc., etc., ....... with tags like shattering, marana mass and whatever jingoism one can imagine of........... rombave tired aayiduchi...... show of strength yaarukku kaamikkanum? for all its' worth, end of the day it is only a movie........ and it is better to keep it there.......
