பிசாசு வெற்றிப் படமா?

Widgets Magazine மிஷ்கினின் பிசாசு முதல் மூன்று தினங்களில் தமிழகத்தில் 2.85 கோடிகளை வசூலித்துள்ளது. லிங்கா காரணமாக வசூல் சுமாராக இருந்தாலும் வார நாள்களில் படம் பிக்கப்பாகியுள்ளது.

பாலாவின் பி ஸ்டுடியோஸ் படத்தை தயாரித்தது. இதற்காக பாலா மிஷ்கினுக்கு தந்தது 3.5 கோடிகள். இந்தப் பணத்தில் படத்தை எடுத்து பர்ஸ்ட் காப்பியை தந்துவிட வேண்டும். இதற்குள்தான் மிஷ்கினின் சம்பளமும்.

3.5 கோடியில் எடுத்தப் படத்தை தேனாண்டாள் ஃபிலிம்ஸுக்கு 5 கோடிகளுக்கு விற்றார் பாலா. ஒன்றரை கோடி லாபம். இந்த ஐந்து கோடி என்பது தொலைக்காட்சி ஒளிபரப்பு உரிமைக்கும் சேர்த்து.

மூன்று தினங்களில் 2.85 கோடிகள் வசூலித்திருப்பதால் ஒரே வாரத்தில் ஐந்து கோடியை படம் தாண்டுவதற்கு வாய்ப்புள்ளது. தொலைக்காட்சி உரிமை எல்லாம் சேர்த்தால் தேனாண்டாள் ஃபிலிம்ஸுக்கும் லாபமே.

PISASU - Try to watch this unique horror film on the big screen. It has a gripping screenplay, an intriguing plot, all-round good acting and stunning background music. The suspense at the end will keep your eyes locked to the screen. Running time is less than 2 hours.

வஞ்சப்புகழ்ச்சி என்றே தோணுது. மிஷ்கின் போன்ற பன்முக படைப்பாளி ஐம்பது நூறு வருடம் கடந்தும் பேசப்பட கூடியவர். மாற்று சிந்தனையை படைப்பாக்கத்தில் பயன்படுத்தி வெற்றியும் கண்டவர் ( வணிக வெற்றி அல்ல நான் குறிப்பிடுவது..) மேலே பதியப் பட்டுள்ள மதனுடனான விமர்சன உரையாடலை பார்க்கவும். இந்த அளவுக்கு ஆழமாக கதை, திரைக்கதைக்குள் பயணித்து பேசக் கூடிய ஒருசில இந்தியப் படைப்பாளிகளும் இவரும் ஒருவர்.

I am not denying any of that. Since you want films like these to be released overseas and irir says that people are money minded, why can't you buy and distribute?

doing my best to take IR's music to the right platforms - I have my limitations - with my limited extra time, I do what I do for IR's music coz, I sincerely genuinely feel/convinced that IR is a true genius living amongst us (even this afternoon, listening to 'malarey malarey' from 'unn kannil neer vazhindhaal' in a darkened room with rain outside was an ethereal experience!).

few months ago, I showed Nandalala to my parents (who have not seen tamil films for a while) - my parents could not stop talking about the film - they were all praise for the film's portrayal of innocence, and the yadhaartha vaazhkai characters depicted artistically. both of them couldn't believe when i told them that the director/scriptwriter/actor were all one person - Mysskin!

give Tamil cinema another few years - the big star image driven status will change - ppl will lose interest in punch dialogs and nonsensical scripts - makkals cannot be cheated forever

Let me cut the long story short. We are talking about real money. It is not like taking our relations for a movie or persuading them to watch a movie. It is about spending thousands of dollars in an effort to screen the movies. If you feel, a particular movie hasn't released, please invest your time, money to do so. Let me remind you that most of the people releasing the movie do that on loan. It is not the problem of the distributor. If you have real interest, nothing stops from getting a loan.
