Am little skeptical about the box office collection as far as UV is concerned. Kind of pessimistic approach for UV. If it really good in terms of screen play and casting, it's box office fate would yield great results. So far, I had seen many a times hypes on Kamal movies before releases and the movies were somehow not meeting the expectations the hype set. Watching UV with zero expectations would be better I guess.

On other hand, Dhrishyam is a well written script and been a proven result in terms of script and collections. Same with VR 2 also.

Things made me little skeptical about UV are casting and story (finding a balance in emotional and comedy planes). Let us see.

Yes even I had the same feeling at the time of movie announcement..also I generally don't like films having story like the star as actor/director aspiring to make a movie(movie within a movie kind) except jigarthanda movie..But the moment kamal said he has tried like "crimes and misdemeanors" and 2 stories happening at different timelines,also when Ramesh aravind said its not comedy movie I changed my mind and believe its a classic movie or like radiochandra said a classic-masala combo movie..

anyway we will come to know from the trailer itself..after watching MMA trailer 90% I felt it will be a dud and same thing happened..same is the case with Mumbai express but its not worst like MMA..Mumbai express for me had some good comedy scenes and overall average..

Kamal has shown the movie itself to his close circle like Crazy Mohan sometime back. Trailer is being shown to some people close to Tiruppathy Bros..

u r so confident that movie will be classic-masala combo like AS..Even if it is 75% to AS then it will be the biggest blockbuster for kamal..for me it will be classic..let see how it goes..Predicting kamal movies is very difficult..
