Kumbakonam,Ticket price is flat 200. 500 seater theatre. 4 lakhs per day. 20 lakhs in first week end if it does well. Movie running in another big theatre also. Both are housefull. Hope box office panditharkal can understand how much collection can a movie make in opening itself now a days.

In nagercoil it is 400 for 1st class, we were not ready to pay that and about to go meagaman in the nearby theatre, rendu ticket 500 thaangannannu koduthuttanga pasanga, 1st class was 80% full.

Very average stuff from Shankar, not even a single brilliant scene, 2nd half was little better, songs visuals were too good as expected..

Behindwoods, Sify, the Hindu, Deccan Chronicle reviews and all reviews are pretty consistent for this movie. "I" did not impress the critics but I am not sure about the BO performance. It gets a HUGH opening. Will it hold on?
