UV thread changed to Kakki Sattai! really super movie even for today. Dr. thambi's narration was gr8 (i was doing 5th std at that time ) venki sir covered all highlights of the movie which i wanted to cover! overall, masala or not, we would love to see many such movie from KH. can that happen?

KH had a fallout with Rajasekhar because he somehow did not cooperate during the making of Vikram. He spent time on Maveeran which was RK's own production. It did not do well either. KH did not work with Rajasekhar after that.

Always people will support hero and not others like directors,etc..in vikram movie you told rajasekar didn't cooperate..it can be other way also since its sujatha story under kamalhaasan own production..who knows?

In fact , he directed only 60 percent of Vikram. He got busy with RK movie halfway thru, kamal had to change location from middle east to Rajastan and made the movie in a hurry ghosting for the director.

Vikram had an excellent pre release hype... I still remember seeing stills of whole movie as album before the release...I got a chance to watch the movie few months back...Somehow the movie was good in first 1 hr after that it was heading no where....However, the songs are rage those days even today....IR's one of the excellent commercial album.....
