Green chutney
Do u need to eat dosa?
oh no!
Did Doctor said NO COCONUT chutney?
no SPICE powders ?
NO OIL EVEN FOR SEASONING?
I will post a very interesting recipe which goes well for
IDLI
DOSA
pongal etc (made without ghee or oil)
Green chutney
____________
Grind corriander leaves ( a bunch) with quarter kg tomatoes
* Note: Wash well as this is uncooked, or still better, after grinding, boil it for few seconds
mix little salt.
If u prefer, add lil tamarind or tamarind juice.
Refregerate it for next 3 days for ur breakfast diet.
Good healthy side dish for breakfast!
* Variation: Try this with PUDINA ... methi leaves etc.
* onion chutney can me made similar way. (boil onions and grind it with tomato, add salt )
This chutney is so tasty, (without a drop of oil or fat or spice) that would make u eat one more idli

Instead of just eating IDLIS AND DOSAS for pathiyam....
try
a. veg-kichadi
b. veg-uthamppam
c. veg-Paniyaaram
all to be made WITHOUT OIL .
It serves a break from the regular monotony
