Well...YA is definitely a BB and not above-average-hit as described by some of the websites...I am sure the budget of the movie would have been in the range of 40c-50c if I am not wrong seeing the production values of the movie...the movie was grand and class..yes..but Ajith was more grander and classy...

for god's sake...we should not bring Kamal and Rajini....in the voting...coz they are universally accepted since 1990's...but Ajith is the current generation who is not only universally accepted but he fires each and everyone's imagination since he is phenomenon...and that is why you see those huge results and a wide gap with the #2...

as media say YA reached 100cr but it's an above - average hit. then they expect the movie to earn more than 100cr.

maybe YA business was done expecting more than 100 cr earnings at the boxoffice.

it also shows that his previous movies did earn more than 100 cr.
