I think it is him only, although Urvashi is also shown in the hospital. Andrea as the doctor fits in nicely. The plot is about mortality and immortality, with the 8th century king wanting to live forever and probably in the current portion, the Actor is diagnosed with something fatal. That's why in every interview everyone keeps saying there are a lot of emotional scenes. KH even mentioned UV will be like "Life is Beautiful" - emotional movie with some humor. Another few days, let's see.

Immortality is about seeing your loved ones die. It should not be him.

For some people positive thinking doesn't work at all and negative thinking works big time..i guess doc feels if he talks too much negative before movie release then movie will b hit..
