The film industry in India is 1,000 movies a year. In the world known mainly due to the fairy-tale image "Sometimes Happy, Sometimes Sad", associated almost exclusively with dripping in gold costumes, the idyllic landscapes and specific, dance music. To the world, Indian cinema is Bollywood. Meanwhile, in the north of the country formed only 25% of films, and much richer in films cinema from the south is completely different. And just its ambassador in Poland becomes Bartosz Czarnotta, a student of political science at the University of Wroclaw, poet and author of articles in Wikipedia. How did it happen that you get interested in cinema, which is probably most Americans and Europeans do not have the faintest idea?

It all started with three letters - MGR. At the end of 2012 I bought a book on the Polish declined about Indian cinema and it was one article dedicated to cinema tamilskiemu. In the text the author very much space devoted someone named MGR, then for me completely unknown form. But I was intrigued enough that I began to rummage and it turned out that MGR - Maruthur Gopalan Ramachandran - it's a great star, and though he died many years ago, is eternally alive as Elvis Presley and maybe even more! He enjoys an almost fanatical love, and everyone who was first in contact with adoration for him, he can not nor comprehend nor understand the size of this love. This is indeed a unique character, a great actor who time and for me to become a teacher.

But the excitement is not only the dead, but it can - first of all - surviving actors who you've been a fan yet?
