Somehow i thought she wasnt a great fit. Had expressed/felt that very early on when the cast was finalized .. But rest of the cast all are pretty good.

True... Hope she doesn't get to speak English in this one (being the college graduate, as compared to KH's 4th std character)... The DevarMagan scene still grates... "Goooo Maaannnnnn".. Yuck.

I think, as long as people havent seen the original, Papanasam will be well appreciated. Malayalam audience have a slightly more patient taste in movies though.

In between mallu original, kannada and telugu versions have released. Now Hindi is set for July release. I sincerely doubt Tamil will release on time given the history with Kamal films of late (and UV's last minue cancellation India wise.)

With the level of pervasive idiocy in Tamil movie machinery... distribution/theaters/production/bankrollers.... KH should probably think about shifting to Malayalam, where the likes of MohanLal are appreciated for being subtle and innovative. KH would fit right in there, be lauded and will have less troubles than here in TN.

There has to be some kind of insurance against these kind of disturbances and the culprits should be made to pay for all the losses they caused.

what crap....it was very much in line and needed..there was enough reasons on the swap of roles too...and there was nothing wrong in the song's lyrics too to hv been made as a controversy .. .. rajnikanth padathula dum adikratha nipatinathu is a welcome move..but avara paniruntha vera..miratal karanamaga nipratrathu vera..kamal does not hv to be a rajni to please everyone and rajni doesnt hv to be a kamal - to eaches own - so do not take that view and push it here...

i thought you had a point when u said go with low expectations etc..but if this is the level you are reviewing the movie ..sorry bro...this movie is not ur cup of tea
