When I initially heard "Adi Aadimasam" song, I thought It was by MV, but as the song progressed , I just realised it was by none other than the legendary "SPB", what a rendition , quite comical ! such rendition is "Only" possible by SPB ... !

in one of the interviews (found on youtube), spb said that he was disappointed with the picturisation of the job. this is because the music director asked him to sing in a different voice. spb had to try few voices and put in a lot of effort to get it right... and in the end the director ended up picturising rajni in his normal getup.

Yes SPB being a professional "perfectionist " did indeed put in a lot of effort in this song! BTW this film had two more superb songs by MV + PS (Aapa kadai annakili), what a beat ! Only IR possible for such Folk like beats, and a beautiful melody ( Pothu Kittu) by MV & PS.

Quite surprised to hear PS rendering songs like "Aapa kadai annakili", but she did a splendid Job along with MV !
