...so I'm so happy to share all positive things about movie...one main thing I liked about the movie is vijay is just one of the character in the movie not a hero for that I must respect him

Despite my dislike the first time have seen it 3 times till now. Definitely not a bad film. But not able to excuse the flashback and the last few dialogues with political overtones by speaking to the audience. Forget these 2 and I was able to enjoy the film.

"Why should I take a baseball bat and bash this film? I do that when it’s frustratingly bad — this was more like meh.
It was dull, generic, could’ve used better writing — but it wasn’t wretchedly unwatchable or some such thing. I do think little kids will like it. It’s colourful. Some of the effects are nicely realised."

Despite mixed reviews, Mayajaal has allotted 69 shows of #Puli for tomorrow (Day 4)
flashback and shruti scenes aside, i loved the movie.
technically it's superb with top notch camera, VFX, art direction.
CD has lot of great ideas, they might have been flawed in execution, but the fundamental intention is there and we should appreciate VJ/CD for coming up with a rare genre.
it's picking up steam now with family and kids and should be an easy stroll to another 100c for us.
