He enjoyed a lot during the DMK period because of his ching chak and proximity to MK. Don't worry things may get better if they come back to power.

These days the governments play a major role. Any wise producer or actor would not go against the ruling party. If someone is "cocky" and go against the ruling party it is like committing suicide. It is not about your "ego". It is going to hit the producers like lingusaamy or aascar ravi. They pay a price for your ego and attitude and they become bankrupt. The only way you can survive then is... make movies in your own production or do very low-budget movies. That is what we see today.

blaming the government for less number of screens is not wise
i m nt ajith fan everyone knows whose fan i am
just accept the fact that ajith has better opening than kamal and move on
every ajith fan knows kamal is legend he doesnt care about box office and all
its really stupid to blame government for less screens
let us wait one week and see which movie is better
best content movie automatically going to get more screens in coming weeks

Oorla therila..but Inga singaporela TV has more screens..now it's gonna be. shown in Rex too is what I saw from a newspaper ad!So kamal has an advantage here! That being said..vijay ajith films are very huge here! For the first day atleast..task force will be surrounding the theaters to control the crowd!
