Yes Chiru movies are releasing In All over Karnataka. And Chennai without dubbing.
Can Raini release a movie in Andhra without dubbing?

During 80's and early 90's lot of chiranjeevi movies dubbed in Tamil and made money for distributors.
Editor Mohan(Jeyam Ravi's father) distributed chiranjeevi movies and other telugu movies and made money/.

SuperStar Rajinikanth without a doubt
nerdy, Chennai is not whole Tamilnadu. Chiru's dubbed movies would make money only in Chennai. Rajini's dubbed movies make money in whole Andhra, Karnataka and Kerala ( ofcourse, Kamal movies do well in Kerala than RK's).
Superstar movies r even dubbed in Japanese and French

Rajini movies release directly all over tn and in andhra......i assume that it releases in kerala as well as in karnataka too..may be hard core rajini fans like nerd and bay might have some answers for this....
IMO, rajini has a strong foothold in andhra whereas chiru can't boast of the same in Tamil nadu....
