i actually got my hands full with ARRs music at the moment, that shouldnt hurt. JA (hindi tamil), EGA, AL Risalah, LOTR. I dont think this every happened after 2000 where many ARR albums release in a short time.

Yeah we're saturated with ARR music...it kinda feels weird actually! I've been listening to JA a songs so many times now. I've actually made a choice to not listen to them for a few days/ a week! I don't want them to lose their freshness.

Pretty interesting... I also force myself not to listen to an ARR soundtrack sometimes (i.e. allow myself to listen to it only during WE) in order to keep the feelings the songs provide me for as long as possible.

The initial feeling of elation you get when you first discover the intricacies of an ARR song (e.g. first few listenings of Mayil Iragae, I used to get goosebumps everytime. I've had a similar thing with In Lamhon). However, these songs lose their effect if you over-listen to them. ARR should be enjoyed in small measures...you can't have too much of a good thing.

I dont know about mayilliragae but old arr songs like malargaley, en mel viluntha mali thuli, ennavaley, thoda thoda, pennala etcccccc are evergreen. for these songs ur proverb "alavukku minchina amuthamum najuthaan" wont suit.
