"Isai Chittar" C.S.Jayaraman is undoubtedly the most prominent, and most versatile playback singer the Tamilmusic film world has ever produced! My brother and myself are simply drawn to the majestic and melliflous songs rendered by the great artist of yesteryears. In particular I have rather a special privilege to had been in association with his eldest son Mr.Sundara Jaya Jothi's family for a long time. It is a pity and ironical that in midst of nowadays also-rans and dime-a-dozen singers, the great maestro is forgotten and he strode like a colossus and left the world unwept and unsung!
Long live his glory and golden voice!
Let his soul rest in peace!!!

    R.Kesavan.
