Prabhu Ram, Jewel Thief is a fine movie - saw it as a 20 year old and was impressed endlessly. Ippo paarthappo konjam it didnt stand up. Adhu i couldnt feel here - even though I can see that every single dialogue in the initial scenes are ambigious and open to interpretation and are neatly tied up in the climax.

The best song, IMO, of the album would be...the great one with Rafi entering "O....Shalu". The percussion and the rhythm based prelude - wow! Evlo instruments - how beautifully used. RD Burman-ukku oru salaam!
