News about Kannukkulley:

One raunchy song is guaranteed!
"'Maestro' Ilaiyaraaja reportedly asked the director about what sort of climax sequence he had in mind. When the latter revealed it, Ilaiyaraaja became very happy and asked him not to worry about the music and the songs. "
"Moovendhar says, "Aparna plays the lead role and has acted glamorously and sensuously in the film. The character she plays (that of the wife) stays away from her husband and there is hardly any physical contact between her and her husband for more than two years. A song has been set in such a backdrop, bringing out her deeply-burnt desire and urge for sex. Aparna has sizzled in the song, which would be a musical as well as a visual treat to the fans." "
One raunchy song is guaranteed! Enna story'o , enna situation'o! Let's see what surprise IR brings in.
thanks,
Krishnan

IR has pampered me a lot offlate, by dishing out more music and thereby increasing my appetite and want of more. Nankadavul, Nandhalala, Valmiki, Bhagyadevatha, Prem Kahani.... I am sure we will again have a spurt of releases in the coming 2 months. Like Chal Chalein, Pazhassi Raja.. And i still want more albums. Too bad... but cant help, blame it on him

Thanks a ton. I seriously mean it, thanks a ton, because i always wanted to understand the background chords of this song.

I echo Raagas with a additional quote. I never knew so much things went in the background of this Maestro's composition.

Thanks alot fan_ir.

fan_ir,
I join raagas in thanking you for uploading this lovely piece. It is indeed magic. To think that he gets all this in his mind along with the tune at one shot is incredible.
Thanks a ton for this upload. I believe atleast three other songs from Prem Kahani (Kogile, Rangu Rangu, Yaarivalu) have lovely arrangements. "Sringara" is my favorite though.
