No it was a very small scene which many would not notice or take it seriously. Just some vazhisals, vekkapaduthify amala etc. Very enjoyable. I don't remember the dialogues now

There is a similar scene in
    1. Guru Sishyan (in the police station, don't remember the dialogue)
    2. Mannan (To Kushboo: You are very sweet)

Thalaivar's romantic dialaaks/looks is very unique and it works most of the times

(On the top of my head)

Rajni : Indha kaalathula aambalaiga roadula dhairyama nadamada mudiyala, pombalainga avvalo kettu poitaanga

    Gowthami : I am sorry

Rajni : (Immediately grabs her hand), Aana neenga appadi illa. (Both share a moment of uneasiness brought out very well on screen. )

Prabhu then signals as if its time to leave the station and then they both leave but rajni comes back immediately

Rajni: Ennavo marandhutaene!, Ennamo marandhutten. Goes very near to gowthami and whispers "Neenga rombbbaa azhagga irukinga!! ayyooo :P.

Yeah same piece Feddy. You have once again proved why you are the biggest 'Guru Sishyan' fan here

I did not have very high opinion on Guru sishyan. Now I started thinking that I might need a revisit to this movie.

For me, Velaikkaran is better than Padikkadhavan. It was not a bigger hit than padikkadhavan?. The bee comedy was chanceless

Rajini fan-uhh irundhukittu neegale ippadi sonna eppadi?

This should rank as one among the best to showcase Rajini's comedy skills. Rajini carried the comedy portion of this movie on his shoulders with folks like Prabhu/Cho/VC supporting him.
