Many thanks for your welcome note. I would like to start with 2 songs of NT' 175th film "Avanthan Manithan". Wow, what a style and mannerism by NT in this movie!!!. Particularly the Singapore scenes......., I think Singapore had made itself proud by allowing NT to walk on its soil ( particularly the walk with a boquet in hand in the beginning of the song Oonjalukku Poochooti, will put even the dignitaries to shame). before that a 10 minute scene, where NT will chase Manjula in singapore with only the BGM is a class apart. Kudos to Mellisai Ma mannar for the BGM piece. No Music Director (past or present) can ever think of matching this BGM piece for a foreign location.

Just close your eyes and hear the BGM and you will feel like being in S'pore. Coming to the Song "Engiruntho oru kural vanthathu' NT just bowls us over with his small smiles, looks and mannerism. A typical rich business man with graceness written all over!! When VJ starts the song with a humming, the camera moves with NT's close up from right to left and NT with a curious look and short smile moves his eyes from right to left trying to find out where the humming comes from. God... what an expression and acting......

This movie is very close to my heart because after seeing this movie in my school days, i dreamt of working abroad, and by God's and NT's grace, I landed up in a Job at Singapore itself and was working there for 5 years (till 2008).

I am proud and thank god that I was born in NT 's era where i was able to see and enjoy such movies and acting.
