GVM - " I narrated the KK script to Ajith, Vijay & Vikram but all turned down the offer citing that the second half isn't good and many reasons... Then due to Jo's recommendation Surya did the film for me. It gave me more audiences and it was after seeing Kaakha Kaakha that Kamal sir gave me an opportunity to do a film for him "
Courtesy : ASFC
As Ajith, Vijay & Vikram didnt act in GVM movie(Ajith didnt act because he was doing Anjineya no more police and I remember in my school time read in one of vikrams interview to A.vikatan than he rejected GVM film as it is half-completed script and not good) ......
Surya got a star image after being cast by him(GVM).GVM is praising surya to the core..in the sense he is number 1,....like surya being a benchmark for oters(in this case Simbhu)...Rombho over.....
Surya number one.................maththa actors ........Simbhu number 2...... Muluchhukkongo.............

Not only for GVM, for me too Surya is no. 1 (only after Kamal)
You don't have to agree, but neither do you need to banghead for this.
Vinod, instead of just posting news, why don;t you have discussions?
For instance I find Surya's chemistry with his heroines amazing. I found him to have fantastic chemistry with Tamana in Ayan and with Sameera in VA.
Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

Agreed, he shares stunning chemistry... The look of his eyes says everything.. Even Galatta magazine praised the onscreen chemistry of Surya-Anushka to the core :P

Well, Singam wasn't my fav one but still many scenes between them were nice..
My pick is VA Sameera & Ayan
As many say, if one carefully looks at his eyes one will feel that magnetic pull... VA Train scene, Ayan Lip Locking scenes are few examples...
