I would recommend in recent times the action movie Kaminey.

I recently watched "Anjaana, Anjaani" and it was quite enjoyable...the songs were meaningful, some lines really do make you think, how they meet is unique, the chemistry between Ranbir and Priyanka was quite good, comedy was cute, good tension at times and I didn't find myself thinking this needs editing...
I've come to amends with Hindi movies in which I know some scenes are going to be really too much (like stranded at Atlantic scene)
and of course some more care can be taken to make it more realistic ((like everyone taking stock market mess so easily!))
@ Ranbir
If you liked "Wake Up Sid" then you're in for a treat with "Anjaana, Anjaani"

Satyam Shivam Sundaram - I know this is a classic but I saw this movie last week for the first time. The movie rides on Zeenat Aman's shoulders and theres no doubt in that. Laxmikant-Pyarelal were in top form too.
