Looks like the game plan is to fill the dressign room with leaders( Warne, Dravid, Colly, Botha - two intl T20 captains) and hope that they'll direct the team well.
Not a bad strategy especially since except Warne who is a superstar-leader, the other 3 are self-effacing teammen-leaders, which means a wealth of leadership experience which will not clash with each other, instead will complement each other
