Dev, you spoke to Sumi in Trichy is'nt it ? She claims her language power is not that strong, and that she cannot write recipes like me.
So she said she will e-mail me the recipe, and asks me to post it for her.
I thought enn velai konjam kuraiyumnu

Its o.k I will continue to cook and post her recipes.

kugan/dev/selvi.....adadey....i guess kugan tried her "thiratal" before i wrote up saying that i did a variation on it....i did not use anything raw.......paste ingris oru vathaku vathakitu....thattai payir didnt boil it completely...(mushya pannala) nalla namma chick peas vega vaipom thaaney antha pathathuku vega vaichi....rest followed the recipe. So ....ooopssss...........it did not turn out the way kugan made....sorry...!!
mine was veryyyy delicious.....i think frying the masala has its own taste ileengala!

aarthi....cake i am planning to make it again this weekend...noooooooo nu thaaan echo varuthu inga

but i am going to try for sure

groucho nga....i take equal amount of garlic & ginger & grind it....without any water....& freeze it......in little ice cube trays....then i take them out & put them in a container & put them back in the freezer/...that way i use only one cube or a small amount of gg paste....

roshan nga...this is the first time i am hearing about adding oil....sounds like a good idea...will do that next time...thks for the tip.
