Rango - impressive animation, clever action sequences, great vocal performance, one of the best western I had seen in recent years. And there was a delightful cameo too. Works for adult and kids.Talaivar/Leone fans, this one's for you.

I think there was music, more like from the street, but that would be the only time.
Sidney Lumet seriously need to given more recognition. Look at the body of his work, there are some brilliant stuff in there. And that too coming from an old school, live TV guy.

Alfred Hitchcock's Notorious
This might easily end up as the best movie I watched in 2011. I just couldn't get enough of the visual masterwork. Each shot looked choreographed and painted rather than directed. Lighting, angle, movements each thing say something or the other about the characters. Ingrid Bergman's acting was so subtle for that period and Cary Grant's style was just too good. After watching all the poorly made Noirs and dull classics this one was a such a different viewing which I wasn't expecting at all. I feel so stupid for not following Hitchcock closely for so long.

Watched "Who Is Clark Rockefeller? " in Lifetime network.
Based on the life of Christian Gerhartsreiter, a German who for years impersonated many people..
Eric McCormack acting is gud. Movie can be watched once.

Fight Club.
Kaleidoscopic, Mindnumbing performances, Brilliant piece of dialogue and a directorial mastercraft. Simply, one of the best movies ever made. Bluray revisit.
