dont joke dev, paper cups are coated with wax.
surely you dont want your muffins to be coated with wax!
muffin cups are much thinner...
Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

Vazhai Pazha Paniyaram (Kugan0
P.S Tamby, Vazhai Pazha Paniyaram in our country is called Kuih Kodok.
It is a very common paniyaram in our country
In our country we do not add cardamom powder,
I will give you the recipe as per Indian style
Thanks and take care, Kugan98
VAAZHAI PAZHA PANIYARAM
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 big banana
½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ tsp baking powder
A pinch of cardamom powder
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Sieve the flour with the baking powder.
Now put the flour, sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl.
Mash the banana gently with your hand to a coarse texture.
Now add the mashed banana to the flour.
Now add the water little by little and mix to get a thick batter.
The batter should be like idlli batter.
Now heat the oil in a pan.
Now drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.
Cook on medium heat so that the paniyarm is cooked through.
Flip them once and cook on both sides.
Remove and place them on paper towel.
Serve with hot steaming tea.
