And....not to forget Mr YGM who actually insisted Ms. Malathi Rangarajan to come to the theatre and watch the film. I was thrilled to read in the article that how MR YGM greatly appreciated the scene where Sekkizhar expressed fear while presenting Periya Puranam amidst the King and other elite group.....this scene was nicely captured by Murali sir in his post in the previous pages.

The glad news for me, personally, in the article is that the distributor Mr. Murali's assurance to screen GOWRAVAM in the coming weeks. Though I came with my daughter to the theatre last Sunday to watch the gala event, I was not able to watch the film among the fans. I'll somehow try to make it up for Gowravam. Looking forward to watch The Great Barrister on big screen, soon.

Thank you verymuch for the link provided to read the woderful article in 'The Hindu' about Thiruvarutchelvar. Thanks to Malathi Rangarajan also for the wonderful nerration.

Same like she hinted about the roll of Sekkizhar, it will be more enjoyable if mention about the other four rolls, the great artist has done 44 years ago.

Spoke to distributor Murali, who has released Tiruvarutchelvar. He was happy about THE HINDU's coverage. If this is the response for Tiruvarutchelvar, a mythological movie which may not appeal to all sections of fans, proposed release of Gowaram ( possibily on 21st July) would do wonders.

கடந்த மூன்று நாட்களில் நடிகர் திலகத்தின் திரி மூன்று பக்கங்களைத் தாண்டி விட்டது என்பதை இப்போது தான் பார்த்துத் தெரிந்து கொண்டேன். மனதுக்கு மிக மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கிறது. நானும் நிறைய விஷயங்களை உடனுக்குடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசை மேலிடுகிறது. ஹிந்து நாளிதழில் இன்று வந்திருக்கும் திருமதி. மாலதி ரங்கராஜன் திருவருட்செல்வரைப் பற்றி எழுதிய கட்டுரை பலரை சென்றடைந்திருக்கிருக்கும். அவருக்கு நாம் நன்றிக் கடன்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். Of course , இதில் திரு. ஓய்.ஜி. மகேந்திராவின் பங்கு மகத்தானது.

திரு. ராகவேந்தர் அவர்களின் ஒவ்வொரு பாடல் மற்றும் காட்சிப் பதிவும் அற்புதம் என்றால், திரு. முரளி அவர்கள் வழக்கம் போல் நுணுக்கமான விஷயங்களை அவருக்கேயுரிய அந்த எளிய, தெளிந்த நீரோடை போன்ற நடையில் எழுதிப் பிய்த்து உதறி விட்டார்.

திரு. பம்மலார் அவர்கள் வழக்கம் போல் புள்ளி விவரங்கள், கேள்வி பதில் புதையல்கள் மட்டுமல்லாது, அரிய/அற்புதமான பாடல்களையும் பதிவிட்டு திக்குமுக்காட வைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.
