excellent writeup on thangapadhakkam.It wouldhave definitely rekindled the memories of watching that great movie in theatres with so much alapparai.I have seen that more than 15 times in theatres and whenever it was rereleased in bangalore the theatres such as sangeeth, sri,lavanya,devi,aruna wore festive look(bala sir may know).TP and vasantha maaligai were the two NT films which had more frequent releases in bangalore than any other films(kudiyirundha koyil and USV for mgr).

you have beautifully narrated the super scenes and punch dialogues of TP.one more dialogue which was received with thunder"CHOWDHRY WILL NEVER FAILLLLL.....MY DEAR SONNN", the voice modulation and body language...........what to say?
