I tried a chutney yday which I remember reading somewhere...peyar maranthidichu ... so I've named it 'ennavo chutney'...
it's very simple to make and tastes yummy...
Ennavo chutney or Raw chutney:
Grind together the following to a slightly coarse paste and season with mustad, curry leaves, urad dhal n dry chillies:
coconut- 1/2 a medium coconut
Tomato- 1 medium
onion- 1/2 a medium or 4-5 pearl onions(if u don't mind the smell of raw onion, u can use upto 1 medium onion)
pottu kadalai(chutney dhal)- 2 tbsp
curryleaves - 1 stalk
coriander leaves- 2-3 stalks
ginger- 1 inch piece
green or red chillies- to taste
Salt- to taste
This chutney goes well with dosai and chapathis... not with idlis....

PS, inga veg restaurentsku kuraichale illai... U can literally walk into any of the decent looking ones and most of them serve decent food... U can also ask the locals or the hotel where u stay and they'll guide you...
orye tip from my side... If the restaurant is basically south indian (meaning they'll serve north indian, chinese etc aswell but SI is their speciality), don't order NI food there... most of the times, adhu sothapidum.... Chinese food is good in most places no matter what their speciality is... NI venuma go to a dhaba or a speciality NI restau...but angeyum they'll serve chinese...
parotta venumna go to a roadside parotta stall... noone can beat their parottas...

Thanks Dev for your nice post.
Dev, I was waiting in the airport from 5.a.m
The flight touched down at about 7.30 a.m
By the time they came out is about 9.a.m
I am lucky, my uncle owns the Kowloon Hotel in K.L.
It is in the middle of K.L town, surrounded by many shopping complexes.
I made arrangements for them to stay there.
Also arranged for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until their stay here.
Also gave them a car and a driver to take them, where ever they want to visit.
What else can I do.?
Aishu is only about 4 days. She has over 300 spots on her body.
Even her head is not spared. I am worried about her face.
. I have to be near her all the time.
Exams going on.
Dev, while waiting for the plane, I met an elderly lady and her son,
waiting for their family. I was talking with her and slowly our talk
shifted to food.
As usual I asked her about recipes, and she gave me a tomato chutney recipe.
Were you listening to our talk? you too have given a tomato recipe
Dev, her recipe had sesame seeds, coconut scrapings and ground nuts.
She said you can use it as a dip and also as sandwich filling
Let me try it out first, and post the recipe.
Thanks, Kugan98

hmmm... good that u have settled them...
Looks like u have a very interesting version of tomato chutney!!!...do try it and post the recipe if it's good...
don't worry much abt Aishu...she'll be back to normal soon... and the spots too will disappear... homeopathy works well for this too...marks ellam onnum illama suththama cure pannidum,.. but I'm not sure if u get the medicines now... U have to get it from a homeopathy practitioner and not directly from the homeopathy medical shops...Anyway, I guess allopathy too works well for it... so idhukaaga homeopathy thedi poga vendaam...
