    kugan's Kitchen Part 6

NOV anneh, thanks for your beautiful welcome.
How I wished I had the plane from the cake.
Fly away to a undisclosed place, have a nice rest, then come back.
    Thanks anneh, take care, Kugan98

    P.S Tamby, daughter is fine.
I am only over tired with visitors.
nine children from the age of 14 to 6.
I was running like a mad lady.
Finally all left on the 18th.
    Thanks and take care, Kugan98

    ZUCCHINI SALAD (Kugan)

The relative from India gave me this recipe.
Zucchini, always brings Suvai to my mind.
Where are you Suvai, enjoy this recipe. Kugan98

    ZUCCHINI SALAD

    Ingredients:
300 grms zucchini cut across and sliced.
    2 green chillies chopped
    2 dried chillies cut
    1 tsp oil
    ½ tsp mustard seeds
    1 sprig curry leaves
    Little asafotida
1 tbs lime juice or to taste
    Little coriander leaves chopped
    Salt to taste

    Method:
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Add in the asafoetida powder, dried red chillies and curry leaves.
Saute for a minute, add in the chopped green chillies.

Now add in the cut zucchini, salt and toss to cook for 2 minutes.
The zucchini should be still crunchy, not over cooked.
Off the stove, add in the lime juice and mix well.
Garnish with the cut coriander leaves.
    Serve as a salad.

Kugan, I am so excited with your eggless chocolate cake.
I have bought all the ingredients. I am making the cake this sunday. Your rava pongal is new to me. I do not feel shy to tell that I have not tasted such pongal. It looks so delicious, and very easy to make. Sunday that is going to be our breakfast.
Kugan, thanks again for making my life so blissful. Good cooking brings happiness to a family.
I am sure there are many like me benefiting from your recipes. Only they have no heart to praise you or thank you for all the efforts you put in. Thanks. Rose75
