Thanks Kugan for all the mouth watering recipes. Kugan just write Hotel recipes, we all will know. Do not put your self into trouble. Soya mate sukka looks so mouth watering. I will try it with mutton

Kuga, thank you very much for all the nice recipes. I love pineapple, that too pickle like as what you have posted will make me drool.
Kugan, I tasted a rajma masala in a hotel. Creamy and with a butter taste. There are some whole rajma too in the gravy. Lip smacking good. Do you by any chance know how to do it.

rose, is it only rajma or rajma and urad dhal combined?... if it is the later, u can find the recipe under the name "dal makhani" on the blog...

Dev, it is Rajma alone, they serve in im im hotels. I do not want to put Kugan in trouble.

Sorry, friends, have been a little busy.
Dev, try it out, boil the soya meat as per my directions.
You will not have any smell. Then you can make the sukka.

I went through the blog a little. Many pictures are missing.
I too lost lot of pictures, when my p.c crashed.
Let me see, I will take pictures when I cook the dish again.
