BASIC EGGLESS PANCAKE (Kugan)
EGGLESS PANCAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom powder
1 tsp sugar
1 cup full cream milk
1 tbs corn oil
1 tbs water
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs butter
Method:
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix nicely.
Add in the milk, oil, water and the vanilla.
Whisk together until just combine. Do not over mix.
Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Heat a pan, when it is hot, add in the butter.
Let the butter melt, pour the melted butter into the batter.
Stir the butter into the batter.
Heat the pan again, pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
Let the batter spread itself. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook until golden brown.
Remove and serve with maple serve.
NOTE: Selviem, you can use whole wheat flour if you like.
You can add chopped fruits, chocolate chips, nuts and things
Into the batter to make nice pancakes for your children.
You can add 1 egg if you like.
Normally in a recipe that has 1 egg, can be replaced with
1 tbs of flaxseed powder with 3 tbs of water.

Suvai nga, I practise my bad singing in the kitchen, a transition from bathroom during childhood.
Kugan, finally did your Meal Maker Cukka inspired dish, with tofu. Even the the cubes fried after marination didn't evade my wife's eye as she sneaked in and grabbed one. As for the dish, she absolutely loved it...eating it for two

Thanks Selviem, try them out first.
As I said, try using flaxseed powder instead of eggs.
