I know you didnt ask me, but let me share with you my experiences.
while she still can, get her to eat a lot of vege and fruits. green leafy vege is good....
chicken soup is good, to build up strength. just fry karuvappettai, kraambu and loungam in a little oil. once black, add ginger slices and chicken carcass. fill with water, bring to boil. after than set at lowest heat and let it simmer for as long as you want.
food to avoid: pineapple, soya based products, coconut water
once she is in her third month, she may find it difficult to keep anything down - dont worry so much, just feed her whatever she yearns for - maanga, asam, etc.
7th month onwards, ask her to walk as much as possible, without straining herself.
when seating down, raise feet above ground (footstool) this to avoid the feet from swelling.
after birth, her mother would know what to do

By the way, you could have just said, "chicken bone" or "chicken parts you didn't use".
Chicken carcass sounds like body of a chicken ran over by an armoured truck while it made its mind halfway not to get to the other side.

thats how it would be labeled at hyper & supermarkets.
they are whole chicken stripped off all flesh.
pls dont use "chicken parts you didn't use".
and one most important thing - you should only serve her the soup, not the bones. the bones you can feed your cat.

Allov, athu enna dog-nu nenechenggal, bones kudukkurathukku. It's feline, it eats fine food. I feed Alaskan salmon and Russian Beluga caviar. Except, I don't have a cat

All vegs I believe...
Better eat thoroughly cooked food and don't try anything new... I'm not sure abt agathikeerai but they say drumstick leaves are very good for preg ladies and it can be had everyday in moderation(1 medium serving)...

NOTE: only one small piece, ask her to read a page of nice spiritual book every day. Nice if she reads Maha baratham.

Gulabjamun, thanks I received your pm.
I think I have told you before, do not hesitate to ask for any
non-vege recipes from me. You have written that your hubby wants
the Madras mutton varuval, just like he tasted in a famous hotel.
Do not worry, I have a recipe for that.
May be 90% to that taste. I will post it for you.
Enjoy, take care, Kugan98

RADISH CHUTNEY ( Kugan)
Here is another simple chutney. Kugan98
RADISH CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
1 cup peeled cut white radish
6 dry red chillies cut into pieces
6 shallots
2 pips garlic
4 tbs grated coconut
A small piece of tamarind
Little asafoetida powder
½ tsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 red chillie cut into pieces
Method:
Heat the oil, add in the shallots, red chillies, garlic, and the radish pieces.
Fry them till they turn little golden in colour.
Add in the grated coconut, tamarind piece and the asafoetida.
Mix well and remove. Add in the salt.
Let the mixture cool and grind it to a coarse paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add in the seasonings, allow to splutter.
Pour over the chutney. Mix well and serve.
