G Ramanathan composed
movie directed by T R Ramanna
songs that have become extremely rare , especially the PS #s for Padmini ,soulfully crafted
but somehow gone unappreciated hence completely disappeared from the airwaves too
'all in all, unsuccessful venture ' it seems !

Vaanaradham was a dubbed version of Udan Katola in Hindi. I have a 33 rpm record full of Lata Mangeshakar songs in Tamil. If I find it I will post them! I am not a Lata fan. I did not like what she did to VaNi Jayaram!

vijayanirmala did some substantial roles and she did not move to comedy roles but was part of the KSG camp. She did as heroine in kulama gunama as well(with Jai). She mainly concentrated on telugu and slowly moved out of Tamil movies. she directed 100 movies in telugu and also married the then superstar Krishna & settled happily.

She mainly concentrated on telugu and slowly moved out of Tamil movies. she directed 100 movies in telugu and also married the then superstar Krishna & settled happily.

she paired with Jaishankar in Neelagiri Express
also in Siritha Mugam..there might be one more
Yaanai valartha vaanampaadi Magan and Pandhayam with Gemini Ganesan
apart from Panamaa paasamaa she did Soapu seepu kannadi
with Nagesh again
in Chithi & En Annan with MuthuRaman
Enga Veettu Penn with AVM Rajan
then also in Gnana Oli with Sivaji Ganesan
at least one with Ravichandran ?

i knew that she acted in many movies. i did not mention it . i was trying to say she acted in good movies too
she paired with Jai in many movies including Anbalippu too. i mentioned kulama gunama but i intended to mention Uyira Manama.
