I am just comparing his youth vs family base ... Though family base might be good on its own , youth/family ratio is lower compared to others due to factors like lack of tv interviews / appearances , "thala" / "dada" branding .. But todays youth base will be tomorrows family base ... And if they implement the first two weeks ticket hike rule , ajith will benefit the most in the industry ...

Coming to Mankatha , my house is behind jayathi and opposite thiyagaraja ... They just removed the movie last week ... didnt see much family audience ... The previous hit movie here was kanchana ... Sema ladies crowd ..

I guess multiplex family crowd must have contributed heavily to those numbers ..

If ajith gives attention to family crowd , he will eat other youth heroes alive ..
Top glamorous heroines, top comedian, Oscar winning MD, commercial Director, expensive wig and other big list of commercial items irunthum thaathaa padam flop .. itha vida enna asingam venum ..

Consistent performance all over the world. Now can we safely say Mankatha is the 4th highest grosser in TFI history.
