Yea, I agree... his voice didn't hold up at many places or he chose to sing within himself at other places. I guess the idea of going for Mohit Chauhan was to get a raw voice, to not sound like a classically trained or well rounded voice.

Sheher mein is so original, free flowing and not bound by AR's recent "compulsory xperiment process"
Naadan parindey - Rahman portions and even MC's are good.......only song with some catchy melody lines in the album i guess.....and the guitar riffs towards the end - thalaiva engayo poiteenga
katiya karun - another song, AR lets go in its own way

other songs i feel, there is lot of push - let me listen some more times and decide
