I've seen ELR, Seinfield, CYE when they're on TV, but haven't downloaded entire seasons yet.

I haven't seen Friends yet. Yeah, I'm pathetic.

The great advantage with ELR = family audience and it doesnt requite the knowledge on language to understand what is going on. Even my mom sometimes loved ELR as it speaks the language of Universe - Family

Friends is overrated because of their marketing and the period it ran.. I must admit that I would secretely skip some of the episodes of Season 5 and 10 and still say FRIENDS is one of the best..

For Gounder fans I would recommend curb..no holds barred since the show is on HBO..Gounder would have sleep walked this role in his pomp complete,unadulterated humour and to do it after Seinfeld deserves a

Also Woody's Whatever Works borrows heavily from this show and imo Larry David is the closest thing to being Woody's alter ego
