When you mentioned about Kadal pisaasu.... I feel sad for the younger lot as they are getting such a stuff only REGULARLY and pray God their mind dont get corrupt...

There was a song… Anbu thalaivan kaaladee chuvatil… onru kalandhaal enna thavaru….

Very melodious song…. VJ never compromised her commitment to any song. The same old voice was found in that song as well..

It was VJ with the great TMS… I don’t remember the movie but the actor’s name is Vijay Babu… He acted in few movies. Now I could see him in Chinnathirai… acting in elderly roles… I saw him in one serial called – Ambigai…..

Probably that was the last time TMS sang with VJ as it was in the 80s I think…

Also … I don’t remember TMS singing much afterwards… probably for one movie of Sathyaraj and Shivaji…. .. Edhu malarakku malar vidum azaippu…..

Sad thing about this song is… one of my good school day friends.. was a big fan of TMS.. used to sing this song for us…. But is no more now… But still cherish his memories through this song…

The male voice in "AththOram kodi veedu" who recites the slokas is State bank Krishnan. That was his first song.

LRE solo in 47 naatkaL "ivaL unai ninaiththapOthE adakkuvaaLayyA"

Regarding the song "ithu unthan veettu kiLithaan" my favorite VJ song - I bought the VCD. I will see and listen to the quality of the song and let you know!
