Ofcourse, in present scenario 24 days are like light years for a movie to run without getting affected by some decent movie's release. If you have time just go thru this year releases, you cant find more than 2 weeks where a movie can run freely.

TM, you got to see it from the telugu angle. Thara is getting fine reviews for her performance and infact, most telugus believe there is no one other than NBK to play that role, partly thanks to his lineage. He seems to have done well per reviews as well. The director is a much respected veteran whose sensibility is well suited for this movie. I don't know whether it will run in Chennai but it certainly seems to be getting good reviews in Telugu land. Well, will def.ly be a better choice than our Diwali releases I believe. And def.ly I am looking forward to it better than the last two movies I saw

Engeyum eppothum released after 2 weeks of Manktha, then there was Muran,Vaagai soodava.. finally Sun pics screwd up with Vedi release within a month.
