I use Braun coffee grinder . One can feed the coffee seeds on top and powder is collected in a container which is on the side of the grinder. It is very useful and less work.

South Indian coffee has Chichory in it. The closest coffe available in USA is from Cafe Du Monde. They sell filter coffee powder and instant coffee powder. Cafe Du Monde is in French quarters of New Orleans. I think that they also have a website where you can mail order the coffee.

    Check this website..
    http://www.sweetmarias.com/coffee.asia.india.html

You can mailorder "Peaberry" (Indian Pearl Mountain - Chikmagalur grown) directly from them. The only issue is they will not roast it for you.

If you have the roaster..Nothing like it!

You can order the exact same coffee you would otherwise get in Tamilnadu

    Select Espresso Grind..
