Vilayatta has close resemblance with "Manase manase..." from Sooryan ( Malayalam ) in its feel and flow..
Shreya proves her talent with a nasal touch in this song..great !!

Chinna Kannile is such a stunner , am totally addicted to it.
Flowing piano with booming chords and Shreya's singing makes for a fabulous start.
Check out the chorus harmony followed by the single violin and then an avalanche of violins joining together and then the chorus and violins singing the same melody.
Its like a Fugue mixture , wah wah im totally in ♥ with this song.
Such a simple melody , but how beautifully packaged.
Raaja , Shankarabaranam and Melody - what a terrific trio

Decided not to listen to Dhoni Album, for some time now. Already Snehaveedu took lot of my time! Can't able to work, while listening them.
With respect Raja, listening his songs in backbround and working is becoming impossible for me!

Yes, yes yes. This weekend I listening only to Sneha veedu, after the discussion started again for chandrabimbathin. Just like 'p' said, Arummozhi's solo flute took over grand army of violins, soulful snehaveedu can take up any mighty soundtracks like SRR. Thanks to Suresh ji for continuously projecting this deserved score. If you still go back to Bhagyadevatha, we have to sit there permanently. No escape. Brilliant, Brilliant!

V_S,
Yes. Another good friend of mine couldn't come out 'aaro paadunnu dhoori' for almost a month!!!
Any first round of 'Dhoni' listening done. 'vilayatai padagoty' is such amazing. Been a while since I heard a song like this!! Both Hariharan and especially Shreya do great justice to this song. Which raises the question again: How is this man able to do it?
