yes K...fanta cake from madurai jayaram bakery... cylindrical shapela butter paperla roll panni irukkum andha cake... There is also another yummy cake from the same bakery... it's a banana cake with some nut(in a coarse powder form) in it I guess... adhu textureye diffaa irukkum... not like our usual banana cake... they bake it directly it in small aluminium foil containers... I love both the cakes and it's a standing instruction from me to buy those whenever anna passes thru madurai... I always thought the orange cake is with some orange essence or maaza juice but indha murai thaan I felt there is fanta in it...I'm making a version of fanta cake tonight(hopefully)...fanta illai...I've maaza on hand...

k.....u know in Thiruchaanur Temple they also serve a very different type of ladoo....athoda recipe aunt kita kettu paarungalen....or did u already post it??? dont remember sorry!
have u tried it??? omg i have & its out of this world....very very different to the Thirupathi ladoo....

Suvai-nga.. neenga ozhunga andha recipe post pannunga.. athai vittu ippadi sonnal thirupathi poravanga ellam thiruchanur pogaama vandhuduvaanga ( he he.. andha laddu konjam maavaa irukkudhu.. boondhi-yai mai pola araichu senjirupangalo ? )
