Ops, Dev I thought it was pandan leaves.
Now they are very strict with the plants in the flight.
You can get pandan essence here
Dev, you can make halwa, jam, payasam, poriyal, chips and curry with semi ripe jack fruits.
Dev, I know the bean paste, normally here they stuff the steamed pau with that.
Well we can put them into the ondeh-ondeh and do also.
I know the powder they use for the cut fruits.
It is sold in packets, that's the craze in India now.
My aunt will request for it every time I go to India.
I will get them for you. Thanks and take care, Kugan

You can try and see, they carry most of the Asian goods there.

K-sis, you should introduce many more Malaysian palagAram. My mission was to interrogate my mother (back then we sell kuih-muih that my mom makes, picked up from a Minangkabau aunty) and get the recipes out, but I think you are doing a fantastic job in getting these wonderful delicacies out there for our Hub guys and gals.
Otherwise, I confess I am only following this thread here and there
Innum konjam discipline-A iruppEn. Hope you and your family are fine (I mean, seriously, how is your health now? 100%?)
